The St. Albans Covered Walkway project is located on North Main Street, St. Albans in the alleyway between the Waugh Opera House and a commercial business. Arnold and Scangas Architects designed a new metal framed covered walkway, two decorative arches and lighting along the alley between these two buildings in downtown St. Albans. The goal of the project was to connect Main St. with a public parking area behind the buildings. St. Albans City is the owner of the project. This project is funded by the State of Vermont Agency of Transportation Enhancement Program.
